Credentialing-Deadlines
Our AMA: (1) affirms that it is the ethical duty of a physician to share truthfully quality care information regarding a colleague when requested by an authorized credentialing body; and (2) believes that legal immunity for submitting or sharing truthful and accurate information on quality care should be provided to physicians by appropriate legislation.
